Boob job gone wrong

Today's photo is one of my (unnamed) colleagues who decided to do a boob job in Bangkok; but something went wrong, definitely. Most likely due to the difficult language barriers.
Well, ok, a birthday party was upcoming, and why not use a filled scuba tank to blow up balloons?
