Back on Koh Tao, back diving....

Yesterday I arrived from Bangkok to Koh Tao - after the usual long and tiresome taxi+train+boat+taxi-trip, 14 hours in total.
But it is so good to be back on a beach. I have not been to Koh Tao since I was here in August, so 6 months! Wow, time flies. Ok, I have been quite busy since then, but still: Half year with almost no diving (except in Philippines a few times)
Todays photos are from Koh Tao. From yesterday close to sunset, from a road in Koh Tao where they obviously use child labour, and not least from today on the Diving boat. Yes, of course, I went diving today ;o) - not least because yesterday there was yet another whale shark sighted. I even choose to wake up in the middle of the night (since I am still partly on Denmark time), but I got up at 5 Thai-time (1 at night Denmark time) to check if the whale shark was still there - but no luck, unfortunately. Here is a photo from first time I saw a whale shark: link. Seeing a whale shark is one of the 'top 3' things for almost any diver. So why not try see it several times if you have a chance? But today was not my lucky day. But maybe tomorrow when I go diving again?
