Since I flunked a part of my instructor exam, I have now booked a flight back to Koh Tao in Thailand where I was before. They have another examination running in less than one week, so I will take the missing part there. So from the 23rd May I will be back in Thailand :-)
The island where I stay is basically a bunch of beaches with jungle in the middle. If you want to go to another beach, there are steep jungle tracks where you may see monkeys, scorpions, snakes, huge lizards (2 meters) and spiders that are too big and fast for my taste. It takes around 45 minutes to walk to the nearest other beach. The other alternative is to take a boat-taxi; faster and easier.

Today's photos are of various animals found in my bathroom and elsewhere, as well as photos from last nights 'Instructor Exam party'. The last photo is of a new small 'river' which appeared after a pretty heavy thunder storm the other night (before that storm there was just a totally flat beach!).
