...next stop will be Hua Hin which is located at the beach not too far away from Bangkok (3-4 hours train ride). The original plan was to go to South Thailand now, but the reason for choosing Hua Hin is very simple: The raining season should have been over for weeks in southern Thailand, but it is NOT. It is raining cats and dogs there still. But Hua Hin (and Bangkok for that matter) already has 'Dry season' weather. Bangkok is cloudy but you learn to appreciate the cloudy weather (if the sun is out it is horribly hot).
But I will go to South Thailand a little bit later when the rain stops there :)
The photos show today's visit to Grand Palace (Wat Phra Kaew). Even though I have seen it before, it is still an amazing bunch of temples, nice sculptures, sculptures. Wow.
