The weather in the tropics seems to be changing very rapidly these years. For the last 3 days it has been raining which is normally absolutely impossible in March. Nevertheless, the rain is here, and today has been cloudy but luckily without rain.
Not only due to the rain - but also because of the rain - I have spent a few days without diving, but instead focused on someother projects. Like designing the basics of a game for future mobile devices and writing the first 40 pages to a book that I might publish later when or if I finish it ;o).
Today's photos are a funny mixture of rain, fire dancers the other night, and some absolute diving beginners in the swimmingpool of my resort.
The easy way to spot a beginner in diving is to look at the location of their masks. As a professional diver you know that a mask may very easily fall off if there are waves and if the mask is placed on the forehead, and hence you will - above water - always keep your mask on as intended - or alternatively around your neck.
Another easy way to spot a beginner is when they underwater want to say "I am great" - and they then use the thumbs up sign. Which in diving language means: Lets us go to the surface. I am always laughing when these things happen ;)

The last photo is of me getting a haircut ;)
