Well, diving is also about theory, and hence the last two days plus tomorrow we will spend all day in a classroom. But we learn very important things, and it is actually fun with a little bit of 'non-water' activity :-). We e.g. learn a lot about how to teach correctly, which standards to follow etc. After 9 hours each day, we then have 2-3 hours home work, so we have truly entered a very concentrated part of the course, and I expect similar 'load' until the 19th of May; where I (hopefully) will be finished and can call myself a PADI Instructor. So another 12 days of hard work, and then hopefully time to relax a bit again. So don't expect too many updates on the blog until then.
Today's photo is from the classroom, showing some of my 'colleagues'.
Three days ago, we were in the water, and we e.g. did teaching in rescue skills (how to get an unconscious diver to safety), and we ended up with an 800 meter swim which is required to become instructor; I came in on a shared second place out of 17 :-). But it was not a contest anyway :-)
